Holstein Australia is governed by a board of five directors, including the President, Vice President.
The board is assisted by the Strategic Directions Committee, which assists with budgetary decisions, and the Breed Development and Conformation Committee, which assists with breed direction and determines production award and conformation standards.
The Company Secretary/CEO reports to the Board and manages the day-to-day operations of the Association including registration, classification, genetics, special projects, information technology and administrative functions. These services are delivered to members by more than 20 professional staff.
Holstein Australia is governed in accordance with legally-binding rules and by-laws. These rules and by-laws enable the board to formulate policy that achieves the objectives of the association.
