$11,000 sales top for 64th Annual W.A Bull Sale

The 64th Annual W.A Bull Sale was held in Bunbury in March, with an outstanding sale average of $6,861!

The ever-popular bull sale provides bulls from deep pedigrees and world class genetics that come highly sought after by local breeders. Consignments for this year primarily included bulls from the Double Master Breeder herd of Ray Kitchen - Carenda Holsteins, along with a couple of select lots from Treeton Holsteins, the Jenkins family, who are also Double Master Breeders. 

The top lot was maternal brother to popular Australian bull 'Pemberton' - Carenda Rocknroll 1055 who sold for an impressive $11,000. 

Second highest price went to Lot 1 - Carenda Hermes 1041 - a Hermes son of Carenda Contender Flash VG85 from Carenda Iota Flas VG88 STP 2xM 3xF 1xP LIFE2, who sold for $10,500. 

Other lots of note included Carenda CDP 1046-ET a son of Carenda Colt45 Verene-PO EX92-3E for $9,000 and Treeton A2P2 Flowride, from Treeton Iota Flower VG87 and Treeton Lauthority Flower VG88 STP Silver 3* - who was a bargain at $6,000.

The sale averaged $6,861, which is consistent with the previous averages of $6,944 in 2023 and $6,500 in 2022.
