2024 ABS AUSTRALIA/MAXCARE NATIONAL ALL BREEDS YOUTH SHOW

INTERNATIONAL DAIRY WEEK

It was an outstanding show for Holstein Australia members for the 2024 ABS Australia/Maxcare National All Breeds Youth Show, with a great number of Holstein heifers placing at the top end throughout the show, under the esteemed eye of Mr Brian Carscadden of Ontario, Canada.

Today we feature those Holstein exhibits that placed in the top 5 in their respective classes, along with the Grand Champion Exhibit, won by Shae Tweddle of Benlargo Holsteins in South Australia, with Benlargo Alligator Ding. Reserve Grand Champion exhibit was awarded to Woodlawn Holsteins and handler Georgia Flanagan with Woodlawn Lambda Christina 8194, while Honourable Mention Grand Champion exhibit was won by RK & JL Easterbrook with Whydnell Doc Sally, who was led by Jett Easterbrook. 

Well done to all exhibitors and young handlers, regardless of the result - it was a high quality showing of young Holsteins and dairy cattle across the board.
