Holstein Australia appoints new MSO

Holstein Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of our newest Member Services Officer, Louise Howden.

With a strong background in data entry, admin support and customer service, Louise will no doubt make an excellent addition to the Holstein team.

Louise started in her new position last week and has been undergoing training from our office staff.

In her role she will assist the MSO team with answering phones, processing regos, transfers and genomic samples amongst her many other tasks.

“I’m really excited to be able to work with country people again. I’m from Forbes NSW originally but I’ve been wanting to move to the country for years so this is the next best thing!” says Louise.

Chief Operations Manager David Jupp says “we are delighted to welcome Louise to our team”.

Holstein Australia CEO Rohan Butler adds “we are really happy we’ve found someone with the right set of skills and experience and I’m sure she will be a great fit for the MSO role”.
