Holstein Australia CEO Resigns
Chief Executive Officer, Rohan Butler, has resigned from his position at Holstein Australia to take up a new role with Genetics Australia.
Holstein Australia President, Gino Pacitti, says Rohan has been an integral part of Holstein Australia for over a decade, leading the organisation for the last four and half years with dedication and passion.
“I would like to acknowledge and commend Rohan’s leadership in guiding Holstein Australia through some of the most challenging times for the dairy industry,” says Gino Pacitti.
“Rohan’s tenure as CEO coincided with a period of significant industry change and uncertainty. His commitment to our members, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication have helped ensure Holstein Australia remained strong, resilient, and well-positioned for the future. Under his leadership, we have continued to deliver high-quality services, strengthen genetic programs, and advocate for our members’ interests.
“While we are saddened to see Rohan leave, we congratulate him on this new opportunity and thank him for his contributions. His commitment to the dairy industry and his expertise will no doubt continue to make a positive impact in his new role.

The Holstein Australia Board is actively working on the transition process, with the search for a permanent replacement to commence shortly. Members will be kept informed as this process progresses.
