DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD

Mr. Les White 

South Gippsland Sub Branch - Victoria

Les White of Dilee Holsteins has been an active member of the South Gippsland Sub Branch in Victoria for over 30 years, including 14 consecutive years in the role of Secretary. 

He was the main organiser behind the very successful Holstein Australia AGM held in Inverloch in 2019. 

Current South Gippsland Sub Branch President Matt Templeton says "I believe that without Les, the South Gippsland Sub Branch would not be where it is today. His passion, enthusiasm and dedication to the breed is second to none."

His promotion and ability to involve all dairy industry related people at field events held by the sub branch was inspiring to see." said Matt.

Mrs. Suzanne Hall 

W.A State Sub Branch - Western Australia

Suzanne Hall of Roblynne Holsteins has been an active member of the Northern W.A and W.A State Sub Branches for a considerable period of time. Her roles have include being the Secretary of the W.A Northern Sub Branch, Minutes Secretary for the W.A Autumn Fair Committee and Sponsorship Coordinator, Program Coordinator and Treasurer of the Autumn Dairy Fair W.A.

She has played a key role in the organisation of two National Holstein Annual General Meeting events in W.A, including the most recent Holstein Highlights event in Bunbury. 

She has also been a regular exhibitor at WA Holstein Shows and On-Farm Challenge events. 

"Suzanne always has the Sub Branch best interests before that of her own personal gain" says WA President Lachlan Fry.

"She is reliable, honest and has a can-do attitude in all W.A Holstein related events and functions and is passionate about the continual progression of the W.A Holstein community.
